Lunessence Winery & Vineyard was founded on a simple philosophy: that great wine begins with a healthy, living vineyard. Our estate has been farmed organically since 2014 and certified since 2020, with a focus on biodiversity and environmental stewardship.
Natural wetlands on the property support a thriving ecosystem, helping to create balance in the vineyard and complexity in the wines. Every decision—from soil to cellar—is guided by a respect for the land and a belief that wine should reflect where it comes from.
